Yeah Aqua is not going after Kana because of his fear what happen to hos mom but we can agree that the same thing can happen while he's dating Akane nobody safe in this kinda industry yes Idol fans are toxic and horrible people but the same can be said about any crazy fan

Honestly it's really crappy for Kana. Aqua didn't mean to, but he's the one who created the issue of Kana being an idol in the first place. In season 1 he basically begged her to join and she only did because she liked him. But now because she's an idol, he can't be with her. Plus, she has to see her rival Akane dating her crush and succeeding in her original career.
