Komachi fag

the Onigashima’s raid pacing is really slow.

Tevin Logan

I'm sure law can reattach that arm but seriously where is he

Edson Riega

How to ruin a saga with all these fillers.

JamiUwU

Yeah hahaha tbh hearing Yamato constantly say “I am Oden” and Momo saying “why is he following us” or whatever is so repetitive like WHY TOEI 🥲

JamiUwU

a huge issue now too is the fact OP is competing with AOT and Demon Slayer during the weekend and having all of this padding in an episode isn't helping. I hope they get to everything soon. because I feel like the hype is slowly dying. HOWEVER the ending of each episode have been really epic.. I just want a full episode of that though

JamiUwU

They probably kept Law away because of that. but yeah... LIKE WHERE IS HE WHAT IS HE DOING LOLOLLL xD

Jordan

Yeah I hope the pace picks up soon. Luffy has been screaming I'm coming kaido for like 5 episodes, same with yamato chasing momo. Like damn take some weeks off to let oda get ahead if your just going to stretch it this long

MickFoley299

I don’t think he could. That wouldn’t heal it. Especially not now when the wound has been cauterized. It took Leo stitching and Mansherry healing to fix Law’s arm. At Punk Hazard he had to give people animal limbs. Kiku is probably stuck with one arm or she gets like a gorilla arm or something.

Edson Riega

Let's say that fillers can be fine if they are not so boring.

Unfortunately this isn't the anime doing it, this all happened in the manga. The problem is we still haven't reached the events of chapter 1000 yet. Oda clearly had a vision of what he wanted to happen in chapter 1000 and so just added a load of stupid filler (like the giraffe and rooster guy who were in manga) because he didn't want any of the cool stuff to happen yet. Which unfortunately made/makes for slightly boring viewing.

J Syc

I don't think so, otherwise he would've attached his own arm back in Dressrosa

luis delgado

remember that law needed little princes tear to heal him , so i don't think he can save that arm specially since kin cauterize the wound

luis delgado

but in the end he deliver with that chapter 1000

Even in the manga Oda drew Yamato's I am Oden multiple times as well as Momo's weird face. The Oni plague stuff was a bit to long and the whole Kaido part at the end were 3 manga pages in 4 minutes. But they didn't even inculude everything that happened in chapter 994 they only used lie 6 or 7 pages of 15 in this episode and the whole stuff with Yamato, Momo and Shinobu happened in the chapter before (993) even before Kiku lost his arm. And it doesn't really matter that they include those tasty animations if everything else isn't on the same level. I would rather have consistency than this. I actually only watch OP as reactions or while I do something else. If I had to rate the OP anime I would give it a 3-4/10 and I love the manga but the anime is just garbage in my eye

I really loved Hamlet and Fourtricks. It was when these characters showed up that it just felt like Oda was having a lot of fun with the SMILE users. They are just so silly looking and it is great.

This episode was all canon.... ( weird Gifter scenes are also all in the manga) . Last Ep"s Gorilla Punch Dork was also canon, and nearly all the "filler" scenes are stuff that happened offscreen in the manga . I'm a longtime manga reader and so far this arc was definitely better in the anime imo ... If the Pacing bothers you ( understandable if you are an anime only ) just stop watching for a while and then binge the episodes later.... Problem solved ...: P

Shinobu is amazing. If you remember, she has a phobia for pointy things(when Nami and her were getting stabbed hiding in the ceiling lol). So her shielding momonosuke from the arrows shows how much she loves and respect Momo and Oden.
