Hail adventurers!

The Saltfish Tavern is perched right along the edge of the River Dhruv, in the town of Drenn. Here, confluence from the freshwater estuary and the cold breeze from the Bluerose Sea heralds in waves of serene, impassive fog. Sailors, merchants, and workers along the river docks prefer the Saltfish for its no-frills, community-facing service. Run by the proprietor Kerel and her family, the Saltfish has stood, humbly, in Drenn for over 200 years.

The outside facade is clay brick, while the structure itself appears a half-dome rising out of the town's muddy streets. Even though it appears half-baked, the interior is well furnished and comfortable, offering a view over the entire interior from anywhere else within the tavern.

Inside, hot food and fresh tej support the local working population. Even though they may not have the fancy, fruit drinks of the traveler's tavern across town, it certainly has more than enough charm to keep its patrons coming back for more.
