Hey, everybody!

First of all, my sincerest apologies for not giving news any earlier than today. Truth is, I was on vacation! And while I thought I would have time to work on everything while off work, reality got in the way of my best intentions, and I haven't had the time to work as much as I wanted on things.

While I was working on integrating the new ground pound CG into the Bodyguard Girl Is Too Strong Remake, I realized that the structure of the story was slowly getting out of hand, even for me.

I'm an easily distracted airhead and while working on the scenario, I came to the conclusion that the game started hiding its secrets from me. I needed to clarify things, in my head, so I decided upon making a flow chart with as much information about the game structure and choices as I could, so I can keep a bird's eye view of the entire thing.

So here it is, attached to this post : a flow chart of what to do in the game to reach whichever scene you want and the endings you want, too.

It's definitely helping me planning the rest of the game out, and now I have a better idea of what to do and how to proceed.

I estimate that the game is about a third of the way done. There is much more to be added to its story, and that is without mentioning the crazier ideas I have for a longer scenario (A second map for an underground facility hidden under the mansion? A second antagonist that could come in during the latter half of the game? All crazy ideas that would extend the production timeline in large amounts!)

And that's it for now. I decided to keep this update post under the subscription paywall since it contains information on the game that you are supposed to be subscribed to download in the first place. Hope it makes sense, and hope it doesn't drive the free followers who pirated my game TOO crazy. They'll probably pirate that poor flow chart as well anyway.

Summer is severe, beating down on us in full force, as my personal vacation time coincided with a brutal heat wave hitting my corner of the world. It has sent me into a spiral of old melancholy alternative rock music, and I am looping the same playlist over and over. It contains stuff like Failure's Another Space Song and Deftones' My Own Summer (Shove It), two tracks I highly recommend if you've never heard them. Perfect fit for a crushing day of summer heat.
