An animation from me? NO WAY!! (Patreon)

Hey! Please be the first to enjoy this animation I made recently based on an old comic of mine. Here's the original comic, coming at ya from all the way back in 2018:

Also this was made with an extremely jank process of largely animating small bits in Clip Studio, exporting them as gifs, and then importing them into Capcut and composing them into scenes.

For the next animation I make, I want to find a software that I can do frame-by-frame in directly. I'm basically just looking for like Macromedia Flash 8, but modernly supported, able to directly export to mp4 in high quality, and NOT Adobe Animate because I am fully out of the Adobe world at and have no intention of going back in. Lmk if you have any suggestions!
