Okay, I genuinely loved this! Margot and Viola stole the show for me.

Caleb had the idea to layer the subtitles along with the blurred video, and I think it's great. I hope this can help y'all keep better track of the watchalong, or even just watch my video on its own and read the subtitles like a script if you're crazy 🤣

I have some additional Star Wars things from stream to upload to the Patreon, so you can expect that soon. We're diving back into DD S2 (can't believe we left Elektra hanging) and more Clone Wars soon; we also are super eager to watch SW deleted scenes! I have a fun cosplay planned for May 4th, as well. :)

And ya girl hasn't forgotten about X2, Blade Trinity, or BttF 2!

Love you all 💜

Suicide Squad (2016) Movie Watchalong

For me, I love Margot Robbie and Will Smith, but there were a lot of wasted opportunities here. I also found it weird that this was the third movie in this franchise. But the sequels to this movie are so good. Can’t wait for those reactions.

Viola does Amanda so well makes me hate her more 😂love to hate Amanda Waller & this really reminded me of the Assault on Arkham movie Joker being in the helicopter as it goes down like how does he always survive this shit lol. Margo killed it she is phenomenal as Harley & the rest of the cast was fun too I still don’t know much about Diablo other than this movie

Yeah this movie was my first introduction to not only the Suicide Squad but a lot of the characters featured in this. Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Will Smith as Deadshot and Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn are definitely the standouts for me. As for the other characters, I do wish they got handled a lot better than how they were depicted in this. Overall, I think this movie was alright for what it was. Not the best but not too horrible. At least the next DCEU movies are much better. Really looking forward to the DC reactions we will hopefully be getting this summer. Hopefully you'll be able to start Batman Beyond, Static Shock and Justice League by then. But I'm excited regardless! Same goes for your reaction to Marvel and Star Wars content. Also looking forward to more readalongs, especially once you start reading some DC and Marvel comics!

Hey Megmage late reaction to ur reaction lol but if u do plan on rewatching this I highly recommend the extended version it includes multiple extra scenes that round out the squad and u get to see more interactions between characters like dead shot and rick flag or joker and harley.
