Trust me Meg everyone hates this movie. It’s notoriously one of the worst superhero movies ever made. If you want a better version of this story, read the comics Wolverine: The Origin and Weapon X, they’re much better and make sense.

Tbh while I like this movie, I do agree with a lot of your criticisms. Sowing Deadpool's mouth shut was such a weird decision lol It's also partially why Ryan Reynolds went all in on getting a good Deadpool adaptation, so I'm glad we have those movies at least.

Yep, this is the movie that nearly killed the Fox X franchise. No lie, X-Men: Origins - Wolverine and X-Men: Origins - Magneto were being worked on at the same time and Origins - Wolverine was so badly received, the Magneto solo movie ended up getting retooled into First Class. But yeah, will never watch this movie again without thinking of Hugh’s perfect quaff and laughing at him running around bareass nekkid. Hate? No, but accept it’s NOT a good movie. No harm done. It DOES improve from here, thank goodness.

Yeah I'm not surprised with how you felt about this movie as I also didn't like this either. I'm not sure what they were thinking with the writing for this and the design for Deadpool. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you didn't edit this for Youtube, even though I think the comments would mostly agree with you on how bad this is. Thankfully the other movies are better. I'm not sure if you're going to react to First Class since I think you've mentioned that you watched it already but I wouldn't mind a rewatch. The Wolverine isn't great either but it's a lot better than this movie. I am excited for when you react to Days of Future Past since I think it's probably the best out of the Fox X-Men movies. And then I absolutely can't wait for Logan. After watching all the X-Men movies and then concluding with Logan, it just hits so hard. But I can't wait for you to continue with the other X-Men movies. Also I know you mentioned watching Ryan Reynolds' Green Lantern movie, but I think if you want to learn more about the Lanterns, the Green Lantern Animated Series would be better. Plus it's only one season and not connected to the animated shows you're watching. Though I can understand you wanting to watch it cause the movie does get referenced quite a bit with Ryan. I do agree on you reacting to a DC movie since I feel like its been a bit since the last one. Also I do appreciate the warning for the reaction. At least your reactions aren't usually like this. Maybe only for really bad movies

Yeah, this movie kind of sucks, but on the bright side, the next two Wolverine movies are fantastic, and also, the X-Men Origins Wolverine video game is one of the best superhero games ever made, so at least something good came out of this movie.
