Every season the Expanse writers hide a Simpsons reference in the show. It took people years to find the Simpsons reference in this first season. At 34:30 into the Amazon video they mention the "Dos Arriagas" Belter gang along with other gangs. This is a reference to season 9 episode 5 of The Simpsons where the family goes to a soccer game featuring such players as "Arriaga 1" and "Arriaga 2." Two Arriaga's or Dos Arriagas. The person who spotted the reference got an autographed book set from the Expanse writers. Also was Dawes ignoring Julie's messages? I always thought yes. I think the reason he tried to have Millar killed earlier in the season was Millar was investigating what happened to Julie and the OPA Scopuli ship thing and Anderson Dawes was trying to cover it all up.
