Hang on. Things get pretty intense from this point on.

I love that little section on the Nauvoo. The hologram style presentation showing what it would look like with farmland inside is wonderful, and I kinda wanna go there now. Just chilling on a big spaceship farm, flying off to who knows where.

Can relate to the "fangirl" comment. I seriously have not had a show draw me in so hardcore as this show has. This is the only show that I've ever rewatched over and over and over again personally and via reaction channels. I'm so excited there's been a batch of new reactors to the show and it tells me I can continue to rewatch this show through you all for years to come easily!

Oh are you in for the ride of your life with the next two episodes! Brace yourself because whatever you think is coming....The Expanse is going to have radical surprises awaiting you that is going to leave you floored by time you're through with episode 2x5! Can't wait to watch the next two with you!

Miller was basically playing the Mormon guy, pretending to be having a crisis of faith and to be interested in joining the Nauvoo mission as a ruse so he could collect some intel about the Nauvoo. He admits this to Fred at the end of the episode, albeit a bit cryptically. His intent is to use the Nauvoo in some plan to "take out" Protomolecule-infected Eros. The specifics of that plan are coming, though you may be able to guess from what he already said (or maybe you've already seen 2x4). But yeah, once you know his plan, you can go back and listen to the stuff he says in conversation with the Mormon dude (Elder? I don't know if he's technically an Elder) and see how he didn't exactly lie to him so much as he misdirected him. Miller certainly is feeling a little bit lost as well, but his ideas of finding himself and of "salvation" don't exactly comport with the Mormon views of those things.
