Hmm what’s the best way to describe it? Famously awful. It was a TV special with variety-show acts which aired a year after the 1st movie came out, and George Lucas was convinced that it would sustain interest in the franchise until the release of Empire Strikes Back. Nobody except the director enjoyed making it, and it shows. The cast retrospective 😄https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0_lI8JaABX0. The only good thing to come out of it, was the fact that it was also the 1st appearance of Boba Fett.
