Another amazing Rā’s al Ghul episode and you get to meet Jonah Hex! He’s one of my personal favorite DC heroes and is probably one of the best known member of the DC universe’s Western corner. He’s so so cool.

The best part about Jonna Hex's character is that he's just a bounty hunter in the old west lol anytime he gets to interact with batman or anybody else in DC is cause of time travel mainly but I love him. Love that Batman and Ra's just have a respect for each other even with being enemies and Bruce dating his daughter

Yes! Thanks so much for another BTAS reaction Meg! Another banger episode except with Rā’s al Ghul. Also you finally met Jonah Hex, who is a pretty known character in the DC universe. Love that we’re world building more with this episode. I also like how this was another episode that wasn’t centered on Batman. Also idk if you saw my comment from the last episode but the Sub Zero movie that people were mentioning you react to, it is still on Max so you luckily don't have to rent it on Amazon like you did with the New Frontier movie. Just wanted to let you know when you get to the reacting to it, which I assume you will after you finish this season. We are so close to the end and I'm so excited to see your reaction to the last couple ones cause they are also banger episodes!

This is a good one because it’s more world building of the DC universe as you met Jonah Hex. Hex originally debut in his own comic series before he crossed paths with Batman, Wonder Woman, & the Justice League several times mostly through time travel. He’s mostly an anti hero and had his own live action film in the 2010’s starring Josh Brolin (Thanos) & Megan Fox which well wasn’t very good.

The Amazing Webhead

I know you are curious what episodes to react next but I would suggest recording the next episode as it deals with a character you like and a relationship you like. ^^

HeroesKey

Honestly the next episodes are pretty banger episodes from what I remember and since she’s at the end of the season, I’d love to see her react to the last three and then the Sub Zero movie. Then she can binge react to both BTAS and STAS without having to stop

Judge Brehon

I thought at first that David Warner did the voices of both Ra's and Arkady but actually Arkady was Malcolm McDowell.

Kevin Bernard

Ras feels Batman is good enough to take over for him

LOVE this one; the best episode that doesn't have Batman in it much, instead introducing gruff cowboy Jonah Hex, who actually has military service as a Confederate soldier in his background. Try out his animated movie, his live-action outing ain't worth a tinker's cuss. Ra's 1883 outfit is also fantastic, all he needs is to tie someone to that railroad track and twirl his facial hair while sinister piano plays. He has at least been trying to 'save the world' for that long, though remember back in Avatar he was shown as a much younger man merely exploring the world, perhaps before using Lazarus for the first time? We also have Arkady Duvall played by Malcolm McDowell aka Metallo.

Brodie Vickers

Are you familiar with the Bewitched show? This was the last acting role for Elizabeth Montgomery (Samantha) before she passed away

Frankie H

Josh Brolin played Jonah in the awful "Jonah Hex" film back in 2010. There's also a 12 minute animated short film about Jonah Hex which is really good called "DC Showcase: Jonah Hex"

Brodie Vickers

Pretty sure that Jonah makes an appearance in Crisis

Casey

If you liked this one, you might like another animated short that they did called DC Showcase: Jonah Hex. It should be on YouTube

Casey

Also, Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray’s run on Jonah Hex is an amazing read!
