Lovely soundscaping as always! I really like the ambience of the horses and wagon travel along with Alia's slate writing. Excellent dialogue pacing and good lore with a bit of humor to lighten the mood. Excellent chapter!

But also what's up with Alia not mentioning anything about Sir Vale carrying the parchment 🤨 mayhaps he is not as trustworthy as he seems. He might try to insist he should carry it at some point later down the line and that might be a choice. Still think it was the right call to trust him in this moment though
