Reviving Antoine right after cherishing his humanity would be tantamount to losing hope and discarding the love and forgiveness Arthur just showed. Also, using the talisman could even be the thing that sends him down the path of eldritch shenanigans. Or it could much more easily give Mother Darkness another angle to pry at.

I think if we revive him he's gonna live 800 years again. I am assuming as a cultist in Arthur's original timeline he found some other way to live that long. Maybe in Arthur's timeline he found the talisman?

Ok wild theory Antoine is mentioned to scratch his chest multiple times in part 50 and 51. Arthur even asks about it but is brushed off. Could that have something to do with the stone? Like. The map/location is on his body or the stone is in a different type of chest...
