CALL OF CTHULHU ENIGMA #2 (Patreon)

Roland walks ahead of you down the rusted bow of a ship. The horizon is black and you can barely tell where the sea and sky separates. The ship itself feels ancient and as you move about it, you feel almost like a guest from another world.

"Great job with last time, one of the Investigators from our world solved it, McConnell I think..." he says as he looks out over the water, "...they needed the help." he takes a drag from his blue cigarette, his ghostly figure almost translucent.

"We need to figure out where this boat is headed, seems like it's changed it's course." He turns towards the bookshelf in the room you now, suddenly stand in, as if warped there in an instant, "these books, they're something funny about them..."

He gestures to the 13 books lined against the wall.

"I've been staring at them for a few hours but can't make sense of them, but I know that the location of the ship is somehow here..." he sighs heavily, "The spirit world doesn't work like it does out there, thing we can interact with, information that we need to find, it appears to us in hidden, construed ways... all I know is, I've been doing this long enough to know the place we're heading is somehow tied to these books..."

He finishes his cigarette and turns to you,
