If it’s just a chaos vote for kiy I get that… but the true chaos is in a 100% critical win imo. If there’s an *actual* reason to pick kiy I would like to hear! My only thoughts on it are: it can be brought up later when we trust Noel more, it might look bad if he knows of the kiy already (oh a god capable of insanity and manipulation is your friend? Sure), if he knows about outer gods and dreamlands etc- if he asks about the voice in Arthur’s head it’s a LOT more hilarious to think Noel is thinking “oh this is awesome, what god is it what creature???” And Arthur just says “John :)” lmaooo

Not only is John respectful but it’s also the most comedic choice. Imagine Noel’s face when Arthur tells him the fragmented soul of an alien entity that lives in his head is named John. That’s some funny shit right there.

I want John to know we see him as his own person. Does Noel need to know who John originated from? Maybe if it comes up later, but now, I think we need to focus on affirming John. Isn't that the reason why Arthur even revealed his existence in the first place?

Agreed. John is a fictional chatacter that accepts that he is a piece of kiy. He doesn't actually have any feelings that can be hurt but there are real people who are part of our community who can be hurt by misusing this term. Let's avoid it please?

Not only does saying the name John affirm John more, but to me it also creates a sense of anonymity. We all agree that we shouldn’t necessarily trust this guy fully yet, right? I feel like by saying John, it’s much more anonymous than just straight up saying ‘The King In Yellow’. We did agree to keep the guy at arms length.
