Unless you have an active applicable Sandstorm 3D Designs commercial-use membership, these files are licensed for personal use only.

You may print the files for yourself or for personal gifts.

You may NOT sell finished physical prints made from these files without the appropriate commercial-use membership.

Digital files may NOT be sold, shared, redistributed, uploaded, transferred, exchanged or gifted to another person, group, website or marketplace.

Purchasing or downloading the files does not transfer ownership of the original Sandstorm 3D Designs digital design.

COMMERCIAL USE

Members with an active applicable Sandstorm 3D Designs commercial-use membership may sell finished physical prints produced from these files according to the terms of their membership.

Commercial permission applies to finished physical prints only unless Sandstorm 3D Designs specifically authorizes otherwise.

The original or modified STL, 3MF, SVG or other supplied digital files may NOT be resold, redistributed, shared or included with another digital product.

Commercial rights end when the applicable commercial membership ends unless the membership terms specifically state otherwise.

FAN-INSPIRED ARTWORK NOTICE

This design may contain fan-inspired or stylistic elements influenced by Halloween, fantasy, pop culture or other creative works.

Sandstorm 3D Designs is not claiming ownership of any third-party characters, trademarks, names, logos or other intellectual property that may have inspired elements of the artwork.
