Unless you have an active applicable Sandstorm 3D Designs commercial-use membership, these files are licensed for personal use only.

You may print the design for yourself or as a personal gift.

You may NOT sell finished physical prints produced from these files without an applicable commercial-use membership.

The digital files may NOT be sold, shared, redistributed, uploaded, transferred, exchanged, gifted or sublicensed, whether modified or unmodified.

Purchase, download or membership access does not transfer ownership of the original Sandstorm 3D Designs digital files.

COMMERCIAL USE

Members with an active applicable Sandstorm 3D Designs commercial-use membership may sell finished physical prints made from these files according to the terms of their membership.

Commercial permission applies to finished physical prints only unless specifically authorized otherwise by Sandstorm 3D Designs.

The STL, 3MF or other supplied digital files may not be sold, shared, redistributed, uploaded or provided to customers or other third parties.

Commercial rights end when the applicable commercial membership ends unless the membership terms specifically state otherwise.

Sandstorm 3D Designs does not claim ownership of any third-party characters, names, trademarks, logos, fictional properties or other intellectual property that may have inspired elements of the artwork.

⚠️ COOZIE USE & SAFETY NOTICE

This product is designed as a holder/Cooler for a beverage can. The printed Cooler itself is not intended to directly contain food or beverages.

Always place the beverage inside an appropriate can or container.

3D-printed parts can be affected by heat. Do not place in a dishwasher, microwave, oven or near an open flame or other high-heat source.

Do not leave the finished print in an excessively hot vehicle or other high-temperature environment unless you have selected a filament suitable for those temperatures.

Inspect the handle, wings, lid and other components regularly. Do not carry or use the Cooler if any component is cracked, loose, warped or damaged.

Because printers, filament, slicer settings and assembly methods vary, the person producing the physical item is responsible for determining that the finished print is suitable and safe for its intended use.
