Hello All!

OMG this episode was pure comedy gold - I loved it! The reactions of everyone on the receiving end of cupid's love was brilliant! Dianna playing with her captor like he was a bug was jokes but I am mad at Reynard for being so relaxed about his daughter being taken. Also I forgot to say in my outro about that creepy ass mirror!! What was that about?!

Oh boy! Been waiting for us to get to this episode. It's some of the funniest TV I've ever watched. Right up there with Supernatural’s Changing Channels, Buffy’s Tabula Rasa, and a bunch of X Files episodes. Hank in particular had me rolling on the floor. I bet the cast had a blast filming this. What's funny is that I could actually see pairings, like Nick and Rosalee or even the insanely unconventional Munroe and Eve, working if the show chose to explore them 😆 Everyone has such great chemistry and play off each other so well. “ROSALEEEE!....” *Post reaction edits* Lol I just realised something about the death dude in the mirror. Thank goodness he didn't appear to Hank at the initiation of the spell. Now that would've been messed up. I share your thoughts on Renard's initial reaction to Diana's kidnapping. Until he actually discovered who had her, surely his questionable parenting decision was, well, questionable. I mean, she could have easily been taken by someone or something even more powerful than her, no? P.S. I think I've mentioned it before, but Diana's actor is so good. That was horror comedy at it's finest.

Really fun reaction! I can definitely see where you're coming from with regards to Renard and Diana. However I have to confess that as soon as that happened I could only think: "dose this guy have a deathwish?" I really was laughing when she got taken. Horrible I know. And I wasn't really surprised by Renard's reaction to be panicked at first but then have it sink in that whoever took her is in for a really bad day. Not trying to excuse it, mind you. I do think Renard probably should have had a bit more concern but we also can't forget that he is a half-zauberbiest. I'd wager it's just as you mentioned; that he had confidence in her ability to defend herself. But I had quite the laugh when she was throwing her kidnapper all over the place. She definitely did a number on the lieutenant though. That guy will probably be moving out of state once he's able to walk again. Hank in the mirror was just hilarious. The whole thing with that spell cast on them was totally chaotic. My biggest concern though was when Adalind stepped away from Kelly. That had me worrying a bit. I also loved how Adalind knew the magic that was at work, and how it had to be stopped. I admit though I still think it's a bit strange that Nick and Adalind ended up together. It was such a curve ball. But I guess I'd have to say that I'm happy for them too. They have Kellly which is great and Adalind has changed so much and now she has her daughter back, and she is definitely being a better mother than her own mother had been so far I think which is nice. Can't wait for more episodes. Oh yeah what did you think about the thing in the mirror? Creepy huh?

This episode was so much fun. I lost it when Hank started crushing on himself. Great Reaction, Thank You. You mentioned that episode in Lost Girl!! Kenzi & Dyson! Top Tier. Hale and Ciara. Loved it! And the bad guy in that episode is named Reynard. I miss that show.

Agree with you 100% on Wu and Hank! Would have been fun to see them fall for each other - or one of them fall for the other. I knew what they were doing with the comedy of Hank falling for himself, but I didn’t love that they sent Wu off after someone random. I think there could have been some fun scenes to be had with Wu and Hank falling for each other.

seems odd that cop kidnaps the daughter of a hexenbeast and a sauberbeast and isnt prepared for the kid being powerful

This was a fun episode. I agree with you about Renard and Diana. She still could have been hurt. He had no reason to be confident that she wouldn't be hurt. She was able to be taken, and she was knocked out. Anything could have happened. Sorry to hear about the heat wave you're having there. It's really nice here. We only get a few really hot days a year. Usually. Were you using your air conditioner? I know you don't like using it when recording, because of the noise. It's really not that big a deal, from my perspective. I barely notice it. I'd rather you be comfortable.
