Hello All!

Managed to add another reaction in this week but next week I'm afraid I won't have the added time for a bonus reaction, but Cobra Kai finale will be posted Next Wednesday (18th) and The Expanse will resume it's Wednesday slot every week after that (25th). Huge episode! The intensity factor was strong with this one. Miller turning the gun on the scientist truly made my jaw drop! There will no doubt be huge repercussions from this. We now also know the truth regarding what really happened with Fred Johnson and his so called orders. I now wonder how he will react to Miller's actions here. Thanks for joining me for season 1 guys <3

Much love

Dakara x

This was a great episode, and I think you're following this perfectly fine :) I totally agree with Miller shooting the scientist. That guy just killed 100k belters on Eros, those were Miller's people. He was pretty much a doctor Mengele to belters. Plus he was also in large part responsible for what happened to Julie. Interestingly, Miller didn't kill him right away. He waited until it was clear that the scientist had convinced Fred and Holden to at least not kill him, or worse even let him continue his grotesque work.

If Johnson hadn't thrown the other man out the airlock, the people there would never have respected him. Answering a challenge to his authority in the most brutal way possible showed that he was a man to follow. The question, "Is it better to be feared, or respected?". In this case it was both. Miller is a "ground pounder". He's spent most of his life on stations with simulated gravity. He's no good in a space environment, but put him in a boarding crew, watch out. Holden was right about the O2 breach, if Amos hadn't gone to repair it, they would have been at the stealth ships mercy. Amos, being in a zero g environment, would've been killed if he hadn't been holding on to something. As it was, he got pretty beat up. loved the scene where the "group mind"(?) was disconnected and everyone went nuts, then the boarders started shooting. Miller didn't want them dead, or else they'd never learn what was going on. The scientist in charge of the operation gave off some serious "Dr. Mengele" vibes. I also didn't believe him when he said "I'm the only one". Also, why doesn't the United Earth Council know about the virus? BTW, if I read your shit right, also a fan of "Pride and Prejudice".

Glad to hear that your fitness jump is off to a good start. Because that's what is important. How you feel about yourself, on your own terms. Keep it going champ!

Thanks so much. Wish I didn't let it slip so bad in the first place but at least I'm on the track now

Great episode so tense holy moly, everyone have any fingernail left 😀 . Some fancy flying and the gun sounds are awesome as was the music throughout this episode. Best moment though we are intruded to my favourite character on the show camina brummer love her she's fantastic 😍 I have a feeling you're going to love her too dak 🙂btw I really like the fire behind you it really gives off a wonderful cosy vibe 🔥👌 this was great cheers dak as always killing it with your outro 🙌

It's difficult to choose a favorite battle scene from the Expanse, but for me this one is it. Sure, the Donnager was maybe bigger, more intense, especially after you realize the show isn't afraid to kill off characters. But I just really like the attention to detail in this episode's preparation, which thankfully for our heros pays off. It feels much more like we are going to battle alongside them. Also the special effects were amazing.

Drummer yes I didn't even notice the typo 🤦

Bless the Girl Kissers

Team Miller 100%. That scientist was able to turn Fred and Holden in minutes. Imagine if someone with real power got hold of him. He’d be aloud to do whatever he wanted again. And the Dr was very calculated in what he told Fred and Holden. The two Earther soldiers in the room. He said that the protomolocule was shot at Earth as a weapon, but when Pheobe was formed and the protomolocule got trapped there, the only life on Earth would have been algae and bacteria. So he was using fear tactics. He has no idea what is does and he definitely doesn’t know if it’s a weapon. But he’s willing to kill millions of belters to experiment with it. And he’s very good at convincing people that that is the right thing to do. Also “TENYE WAH CHESH GUT!” My space crush is finally here. I love Camina Drummer so much. She’s right up there with Kara Thrace and Azula as best girls for me.
