Hello All!

I freakin' love the Observer episodes!! They're so fascinating to me and I don't even know all the details about them yet. Imagine having that kind of power over humankind though?! CRAZY! I'm so happy that Walter passed the test BUT it makes me terrified for what's to come, like Walter, I fear for Peter's life! BRILLIANT episode, yet again.

Much love

what a treat to watch two the acting masterclass happening between john noble and christopher lloyd (back to the future, the addams family.) literally every scene between them was heartwrenching. and astrid's little smile when roscoe brought up how there was chicken on tuesday; she's all too familiar with old masters' food-focused memories lol

Words cannot express how much I hate Peter's favourite book. It's so. fcking. boring. Poor Olivia thinking she should read it. True love sacrifice forreal lol Also instead of reading about therapy, Peter should be in one...

FYI, in the episode where just before Newton came knocking at the Bishop's residence, Walter was high on drugs and asked Astrid to go retrieve an album from the lab. It was from the Violet Sedan Chair band.

It's like from the first episode where Walter's brain is addled when he was getting interviewed by Olivia. The only time he seemed to focus is when he remembered his association between food from the asylum's cafeteria and the days of the week.

Wow, what a fantastic episode! This is one of the best of the series (so far) and it made me quite emotional. I kept tearing up and ran out of tissues so I had to go grab a roll of toilet paper. I mean, even the scene when The Observer got the inhaler for that nice lady made my eyes leak. I feel like I'll be an emotional mess after the series finale. I also feel the ice melting a little between Peter and Olivia and I'm hoping that they coalesce before this season's finale. MAKE BABIES. Thanks for a great reaction Dak, you're the best. And congrats on the weight loss!

“They… They have this pudding here… Butterscotch pudding, on Mondays. It’s dreadful.”

In your intro you said we don't know why the Observer saved Peter, or why Peter is important etc. We do know why. That Peter was supposed to live when Walternate found the cure but the Observer distracted him. So the Observer incorrectly ruined the timeline, the timeline where Peter was going to live, hence the Observer saving Peter and telling Walter to keep him alive.

Time travel shows always have my head spinning. The butterfly effect is just one reason. They'd be very hard to write for, I'd imagine. So many potential logic holes could happen. For this show, I was wondering why the observers cared about it. Is there one specific timeline they want to happen? If so, why? Even if they weren't involved, so many individual choices or unplanned happenings could change history, even if someone wasn't trying to on purpose. It's mind boggling. If things can't be changed, then that hints at some devine plan. Something that is fated to happen. But then that leads to no true free will. It's hard to believe that there aren't a million tiny changes that happen every day that would have to happen exactly as planned. It's so hard to explain my thoughts about this! What I'm getting at is that it shouldn't matter if someone goes back in time and changes something. Even if you have something specific you want to happen, there could me thousands of ways for that same thing to happen. Just differently. ugh! I hate time travel tropes!
