Hello All!   

Casualties of massive proportion in today's reaction...There's no going back for Earth now. Decisions were made. Erinwright is suggesting that Anna's avoidance of attack has resulted in these consequences. I'd like to see how the Martians view this attack and how they decide to respond. Meanwhile our Roci team are dealing with 2 new people on their ship and butting heads with plans moving forward...it's all going on!! I predict next episode will be our team arriving at IO but I guess I will have to wait and see...

Fantastic post-episode reflections, as always! You're right that pretty much every character is some shade of grey, even someone like Jules-Pierre... I think it was meeting Mei that made him stop the experiment. Maybe she reminded him of Julie when she was young? It's a shame Cotyar had to kill Theo, but unfortunately I think it was a necessary evil. It was pretty likely he would have cracked in about 5 seconds flat, and he had all the important info. Admiral Nguyen already suspects that Chrisjen got away on the Razorback, but he doesn't know she has the recording of Errinwright's message. The whole war is built on Errinwright's lies, and the recording could possibly stop it. It would have been too big a risk to just hope that scaredy-cat Theo wouldn't reveal everything 😔

All these different stories currently going on are definitely going to conclude in ways you're not ready for very soon! Can't wait to see your reaction to those episodes and what follows those episodes where The Expanse only gets.....WILDER!

Everyone thinks that the proto-molecule is some kind of weapon that will give them an advantage. That sort of thinking won't end well for anyone. Getting serious Dr. Mengele vibes from that lead scientist, I don't think he'll stand down. Errinwright is playing a very dangerous game, and he's playing with live ammo and lives. Jules-Pierre might know that there is no redemption for him. He'll try to make a few things right, but can never balance the wrongs he's committed.

Hey Dak, so you don't go down a rabbit hole with a dead end. Mei's friend Katoa, isn't Naomi's kid. He's the child of Basia, a resident of Ganymede and a friend of Prax. Our gang ran into him back in 2x10 on Ganymede, remember? (He's also the man that told them about Roma the hacker. The guy Amos almost killed with a can of chicken). Ah Alex. Yeah, he needed that straight. With no filters. Man made his choice with not putting his family first and has to accept the consequences. Spoiler: The next episode is indeed an absolute banger.

Sigh. Yeah poor Theo. Very tragic and messy. The guy genuinely seemed like a nice dude. But there's no way he wouldn't have cracked immediately. There was just too much at stake.

Another belter that would only be improved if drummer was in it 🙂 yes dak incase you're unaware I friggin love drummer lol . Chrisjen really does command every scene she's in I really do enjoy her but she narrowly misses out on my top 3 . Gotyar is great too but I like you wish he hadn't killed that guy . The interactions were fantastic in this one and it's full stream ahead now this show just gets better and better . So glad you're loving it so much dak almost as much as we like watching you watching it 🙂 awesome stuff 🔥

Hi Dak - I am a new member and just binged all of these reactions and just now am caught up. Things are really starting to heat up and you're basically right in the middle of some of the best television ever made. Ok.... What can I say here... Ok... I cheerleaded HARD for this show. Season 1... I was worried. She liked it but she wasn't sold. I get it. I'm a space nerd so I fell hard for this show immediately. Many others don't. THANK YOU to literally everyone that promoted the continuance of this show... And Thank you to Dakara for going with it.... I paused at season 2 episode 3. I binged her reactions then to now.... OMG I cannot explain how Excited I was when she started being at the edge of her seat throwing out statements like.. omg how have I never heard of this show... It's Sooo Gooood!!! Mind blown... Amazing... F yea... Ok... Like... We know... She doesn't... I'm not spoiling sh@#... But... OMG... Like I love every season every episode... If I had to pick one season that is my absolute favorite by like 1 or 2% it is probably season 3.... She thinks she knows.... Lol... She so doesn't even know yet... Like omfg we know... She still doesn't... I have never been more excited for any reaction of any season of any show more than this here right now.... She has no idea... I couldn't help myself... I binged her full reactions till this episode and finished the season in my own over the next two days and I'm now on season 4 episode 3 on my... Idk... 5thish watch if this show.... I'm so here for this. I'm so happy. I swear... Don't anyone spoil ANYTHING for her.... Imagine watching this show again for the first time ever.... I wish I could... It's just so freakin good. Spoiler: like... What episode is NOT a banger till the end.?.?.? Seriously. Most shows any season have an episode or two at like a 4 or 5 out of 10.... This show??? I think after midway through season 2 the worst episode I like a 7 of 10.... Like we need a different scale of a line graph to be able to see a change in the line.... Like so many episodes are an 8 or 9 or 10 of 10 the scale needs to be 5-10 not 0-10 to actually have a line graph that shows visible change.

After watching The Expanse I had to adjust my ratings for everything else because everything else was rated too high. Another way to say this is 10 got further away, and even more impossible to attain.

True. Ratings for this show need to be self defined and contained within. Not in contrast to other shows in general. Like you could give an episode of the Expanse a 1, which would correspond to a 6 or 7 for television in general.
