Hello All!

The animals aren't safe!! They're being held against their will and then abducted by aliens and having their unborn children snatched! Is this what happened to Scully? Why are they wanting the babies? Are they making more clones? Why were the animals invisible? Can aliens give powers? I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS!

Much love

Dakara x

Your audio is very low compared to the show, I can hardly hear you sometimes. Is there a way to balance the audio better?

DakaraJayne

Oh I didnt realise, sounded fine on my headset. Ill try and tweak it.

Robert

Google drive file is showing does not exist, but dropbox worked just fine. The existence of invisible animals can easily be proven by asking anyone who just came off a wild weekend. Other than that, I don't think the writers ever come back to this one. There's no reason, practical or impractical, for aliens to abduct animals and harvest their embryos, then return them to a point far removed from the zoo; invisible no less. It defies logic. Maybe the aliens were having a wild weekend?

Joe J

This episode was a nod from Chris Carter to the old Kolchak: The Night Stalker series (1974-75), which had an almost identical episode.

Joe Villalobos

It's very sad. The ?aliens? were artificially impregnating the animals, and they were harvesting the embryos, what for??? BTW, DJ, in all the years of watching the X-Files, I must have noticed "the Flooff." I just never acknowledged it. Thank you for opening my eyes. We must all acknowledge "the Flooff".

What if I told you Sophie was a real Gorilla? Crazy right? Sigh, wish that were true, so it would finally be me bringing up one of those super interesting facts of the day, a lot of your lovely members always have for you. Haha. One day, Pong, one day. P.S. You seemed pretty repulsed by Mulder's tie, but no numbers, so I'll put it down as an 8/10.

Killian Curran

Mulder and Scully investigate strange events when an invisible forces seems to wreck a town in Idaho and an elephant from the local zoo is found lying on the road many miles away. Nobody at the zoo can work out how the elephant got out of its enclosure and animal rights activists have been around the area. When an animal rights activist is mauled by an invisible tiger the plot thickens. When Scully determines that the elephant and the tiger had been pregnant leading Mulder to believes that the animals are perhaps being abducted and tested on by Aliens. In fairness this isn't the best of episodes, but has an interesting story with the Alien mythology in the background. As we were saying over 11 Seasons it's hard to get the quality of Colony/End Game, but there is better to come than even that!. This all being said as I said some of the very best episodes in this show are the single stand alone episodes, that are very much part of the X-Files overall show. Fave scenes for me here are Scully saying 'that Guy really pisses me off' and Mulder linking in David Copperfield to the show.
