Hello All!

Skinner stepped up! We love to see it but man alive am I nervous about the fallout. I feel awful for Scully and her mum losing Melissa. It's gotta be hard. A bullet meant for Scully takes her sister and an abduction possibly for Mulder takes his sister...INSANE! Cracking episode, yet again! Things are heating up guys!

Much love

Dakara x

I spent last evening refreshing your page, thinking it was X- Files day for some reason. Lol. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait for tomorrow or the weekend to watch this, but felt good to see the upload notification pop up. 😌

The White Buffalo is another plains legend, although I do know something about this one. I love the way that Skinner beats current tech with good old fashioned storytelling. Proof that any time a record is made, there is always a copy somewhere, in some form.

I hope that everyone got that the dead "aliens" that were found in the buried box car were not aliens but humans who were spliced with alien DNA collected in Roswell, NM. If you recall, when Mulder inspected one of the "aliens'" arms, he noticed the vax mark we all get at a young age. So, that said, what of Scully and Mulder's sister? Were they introduced to alien DNA? Stay tuned...

Paper Clip was a great finish to the trio of episodes called 'The Unopened File'. Great scene wHEN Mulder bursts into the flat with Skinner and Scully both pointing guns at each other and Skinner has the digital tape. Thanks to The Lone Gunman they know who is in the photo with Mulder's father, and Operation Paper Clip. One of the greatest scenes in the show is when Skinner confronts Smoking Man when he say he has the tape, CSM threatens him, step forward Albert Hosteen and lets them know that all 20 Native Americans elders have the information and can recall it if necessary. Scully's sister sadly dies having been mistakenly shot for her, a poignant scene with Mulder and Scully sitting by Melissa's empty death bed. A brilliant ending to this mini saga. BTW what an amazing link in this episode to my favourite film The Boys From Brazil, with the mention of Dr Josef Mengele ( the titular character in that film ) and also the fact that the actor playing Victor Klamper here ( Walter Gotell), is the same actor who was one of Dr Mengele's Nazi assassins in The Boys From Brazil. Love the fact in this show that they mix actual real events from the past and link them into the stories with a twist. It has to be noted too that there was an element of the movie Sophie's Choice, in that Mulder's mother was asked to choose which child she would give up similar to the Meryl Streep character in that film.

Whats even more crazy is many of the events in this show pull on real stuff. The files, the history, the events...its unnerving lol
