Rating - 8.5/10 - Another strong episode & OMG LILITH! She's back?! SHOOOKETH. Loved the actress that played her too, she tricked me so hard! Great twist. I loved Lilith’s return, and the actress playing her was honestly amazing. Playing such an old powerful character that was very popular in s3-4 and actually selling us on that role was really enjoyable to watch and I loved watching your reaction to it. Please do not stop theorising Dakara!! I would share my theories from during this point but some of them were right to some capacity [still far off but I had some of the right ideas lol], and I don’t want to spoil when you’re this close to the end. But you may surprise yourself with your theories and predictions! I really enjoy watching you theorise and it’s so bittersweet watching you react to the final season because we all don’t want your SPN reactions to end :(. Been a hell of a long ride though haha!

Yeah keep on with your theories Dakara, the more you say, the more likely you'll guess something right! I did love this episode, well the second half anyway. The first half did feel weird, which is what Sam said. I remember watching this and picking up on that line Lilith said before the reveal 'wouldn't it be easier if everything was planned' or something. I got a bit suspicious about that, then when the monster killed himself after killing his brother, I thought back to last episode where the vampire wanted to be killed too... I was thinking "what's going on, things are weird". Turns out it's just Chuck's writing it seems!

I'm confused. Wasn't it said, after Jack woke up Cass in the empty, that God has no power in the empty? So how was he able to bring back Lilith?........

Good episode. Hated that Lilith was brought back by God. I guess he does have power over the Empty after all, guess that was just part of his story. Love that they figured out the dreams Sam was having are linked to God. Now that the gun has been destroyed how will they take care of God. Trying to guess where this story is going will be impossible, but keep up your guesses since you have pretty good, logical, reasoning for what's happening in the story.

Well, Chuck is writing the story so we are supposed to believe that it was always a lie and Chuck really always had full power to reach into the empty. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, super scary to think how Chuck is pushing for them to kill each other. 😩 No! I am just super annoyed that the gun was still sitting in the glove compartment. I was annoyed and episode one when Dean first put it there, right in front of Bill for Gore. Both things made absolutely no sense Dean is smarter than that and absolutely would have locked it in the trunk where it would be protected by the Devil’s trap. Was this supposed to make music see how Chuck is writing the story? I do always get a laugh that Lilith tells Dean that Chuck has a pervy obsession with him. Lmfao 🤣 This is one of the good episodes of the season imo.

This was a decent episode. I liked the twist, but I'm totally feeling like Dean here. I'm not happy at how much Chuck has been involved in scripting everything in their lives, and I hate how he's screwing with them. Also, it's all very Meta and that's not always a good thing. The ghost pepper jerky was homage to the time Jared did it at home and it was captured on video and put on instagram. It was hilarious. I don't know if they did it for real here, but I saw Jensen pop out of Dean there for a sec, with a smile he didn't hide very well during that scene. He was turning his head, but I saw it. I was originally feeling this episode was a bit weak, until that twist with the young lady happened. Then it all made sense.

Or he did what he did countless times to Castiel (and probably Gabriel): rewrite them in the story by recreating their essence. (Going back to the blueprints if you will.)

The sheriff was also Tara, the hunter who helped Dean and Crowley find Cain in "First Born". I love that SPN always used the same actors for their guest spots.

I love this episode so much 😍, Rowena leaving all her belongings to Sam is just 😍, I love witch Sam so much, I love that Sam was her student, I love Eileen so much, I ship both saileen & samwena so much so this episode was perfect, u shouldn't feel guilty for shipping saileen, you're not the one who is cursed, Sam is. Cas saying he was going fishing coz he had a "friend" aka dean who finds fishing relaxing 😍😭, cas has been slowly losing his power since the beginning of the season, remember in the break up scene when he told dean "my powers are failing, I tried to talk to you". Dean isn't doing very well, he's depressed, he's in his room eating & watching Scooby all the time, he's not doing well in this break up 😭, plus the whole chuck thing of course. Great reaction, dakara 👏

Great twist, but I don't like bringing back Lilith for some reason. It's too cheesy. And I don't think the actress got the essence of the Lilith from S4. She did a good job as a ingenue who was really the bad guy (girl), but I didn't get Lilith from her.
