Grimm Uploads (Patreon)

Hello guys,

I've received a Direct Message from a Patron saying I haven't been uploading Grimm Reactions as promised. I have triple checked & all of my posts on my end, say that they're all live? I can assure you that I haven't missed an upload. Please can someone confirm if they're not receiving these posts?

My last upload to the bunker tier should be Grimm 1x17 (and all previous) & my last one for Devils trap early access should be 1x18 (and all previous). 

If these aren't visible for you in your respective tiers I am truly sorry, I was under the impression everything was running smoothly and as expected. Any update would be appreciated.

Doesn't seem to be any problem I can see. I get notified when Grimm gets posted on the tier above me and then I get a notification when that post is downgraded to my (the basic) tier. I haven't paid attention to if these are scheduled or consistent with a scheduling because I don't care. I'll watch it when it's available and then I'll carry on with my life until I notice the next one is available. If you were to go on a break I also would not care because that is your life and your decision and if I didn't like that I could just stop paying and leave. Unfortunately lots of people feel entitled because they are giving you money however, I didn't notice if there was a contract signed requiring specific uploads of specific content as a condition of my money and thus I have no skin in the game. You can carry on as you are. Also I subscribed to your patreon specifically for Grimm but that was my personal choice, not again, a contractual stipulation of my money.

I can see them no issue and get notifications when they are uploaded seems like it was an issue on their end.

thanks Collinson :) I will let them know & hopefully sort the issue out. I've been informed that this can be an issue with posting early access, leads to confusion for the lower tiers. I will see what I can do moving forward to ease the confusion

I have access to 1x17 (and previous) and I can see 1x18 (locked/higher tier). So everything is fine on my end.

I think they might be confused because the old episodes don´t show up on top of the "timeline" since they were posted a week ago when they are downgraded. I basically never check my emails for notifications, so I only started noticing that you were doing Grimm at all after I went looking for it.

All good for me for too. (My last ep was 1x17 and pretty sure I'm in the Bunker! - hard to tell with new Patreon layout/format). It doesn't appear to highlight tier you're on (even possible allows you to join it again!) Does the date on the EA post update when you release to the bunker or does it keep the original date - looks that way as 1x17 has 15th as opposed to 22nd which is when I could see it. (EA 1x18 is 22nd so I'm guessing that will stay as that when released this week) Maybe that's where the confusion has arisen from.

Tell them that the problem must be on their end, because no one else has any issues. They need to turn on their notifications, and maybe access the reaction from the notification. They may be confused by the early release for higher tier.

No issues for me either, keep it up. Could be an issue with the browser they are using. I use Chrome and have never had an issue with your videos.

I'm here for the Good Place and the Whedonverse shows, but I *think* I'm seeing the Grimm episodes I'm supposed to. I'm not positive, but I'm okay if I'm not. The reason I figured I'd add a comment is because I've had issues with the Patreon for another creator. That one is a daily comic strip which I've been a patron of for at least 5 years. Since somewhere around February or March, the posts page just hourglasses when I try to visit it on my main device. To see the page as intended I have to first filter the posts by picking a category then click "Clear all filters". It only happens on that one Patreon so until I figured out what was happening I thought he had stopped updating. I'm not saying the same thing is happening here, but it sounds similar...
