Brilliant - a lot of good stuff, but so hard to say anything that isn't clouded by spoilery goodness. All I'll say is you're more or less 100% correct apart from all the stuff where you're completely off.

Hey Dak, it's nice to see you back, hope you're doing ok! I think season 4 is a bit of an odd one. There's a lot of stuff to like, some really good individual episodes (Hush and Restless are regarded as two of the best in the whole series), great comedy and solid character development. But Riley is a bit marmite, and the Initiative/Adam story arc never really clicks which overall can make the season feel like less than the sum of its parts. Looking forward to getting stuck in with season 5, as well as season 2 of Angel. If you haven't already watched Angel 2x01 then you need to stick around for the end credits.

Still watching this; haven't gotten to the end yet, but I want to say that I enjoy this kind of wrap-up. Overall I agree with you - slightly better than S1, but not as good as S2 or S3, in large part because Adam was such a disappointing villain.

Glad you are well. A very good wrap up I agree with your thoughts on season four. Its a season of great single episodes but without a proper season long arc to bind them together. Xander's has attracted/dated Bug Lady, Inca Mummy and now an ex demon. Lets face it he has a type lol. Can't wait until you start season 5 as it's my favourite.

season 4 makes me feel like they thought season 3 was going to be the end so they had to pull a story out their butt to make season 4 at short notice.

I dont normally watch wrap ups but I watched this one and I loved it. Your opinions are really interesting. Unlike many people I actually love s4. It's very up and down rather than consistent but I think there are far more awesome episodes than "meh" ones. Though I agree the riley and Adam arcs are not great I still just love Hush, Something Blue, Restless etc. S5 is very common as a fan fave though, so I cannot wait until you're back and start it! Hope you're feeling a bit better this week ♡

Woah, new material from Dakara - hadn't realised quite how much I'd missed your reactions. (That said, I'm perfectly happy to wait until you're ready to return. Don't hurry back! 🙂) Can't say I disagree all that much with your opinions. An emphasis here and there. And I found your predictions a bit hit and miss - but then. whose aren't? And, as others say, it's difficult to comment without being spoilery. I am looking forward to your reactions to season 5 (a definite step up) and also to season 2 of Angel (an even bigger step up). Hope that whets your appetite. Take care and I'll see you when I see you.

I would give it a 6 at most . The only good episodes were the one's featuring Faith . Thankfully S5 is an absolute cracker . Look forward to watching your reactions .
