Hello All!

THIS IS THE ONE! So many answers FINALLY! The keys have opened up something HUGE and I am here to discover more for sure. My worry for Monroe was big, Rosalee's panic passed onto me. Tony got beat on & I'm sure we haven't seen the last of him. Adalind is TERRIFIED about her future and what this means with her and Nick/Kelly. Renard has also been introduced to Black Claw personally and I worry for what's gonna happen here...

Hope you enjoy the reaction folks. Have a lovely week everyone! Thank you for the constant love & support!

Much love

Dakara x

So much happens in this episode. But the one thing that has always stuck out for me aside from the discovery of the stick, is that it was on this episode that I went from loving to hate Adalind to just straight up loving her. They really nailed her character development. Excellent analysis, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

This is a compelling follow up episode to the more action-packed 5x11 and I really enjoyed it. Like Khensi, I really love Adalind now and if you told me I would a few seasons ago, I'd laugh in your face. Her fear of her Hexenbeast powers apparently returning in some small way terrifies her because she has this new life with Nick and their baby and has real, actual friends in Monroe and Rosalee; it's a wonderful life (Zuzu's petals...there they are!). I'm concerned about what might happen in the coming episodes and I really hope they don't ruin this heartwarming storyline. It's been 5 1/2 seasons and we FINALLY get the saga of the keys nearing an end by discovering a stick. yay. It's cool that it can heal, but there has to be more to it for that long of a buildup. Honestly, a part of me thought that it was just a stick and it was a long game joke by some dickheads hundreds of years ago; I would have laughed hard and, to be honest, been okay with that scenario. Tony showing up at the shop and assaulting Rosalee had me fuming. I'm so glad Adalind was there and was able to give him the finger four times (I'm so corny). We all know he'll crop up again of course. I hope Monroe is the one that, um, "fixes" this situation forever. Bye b**ch. Glad we got a bit of Juliette/Eve and once again she acted very android-like when bending over Marwan and healing him. Yet in the previous scenes where they were tracking him via his cellphone, she seemed like a regular human with normal human movements. I am so confused. Three things I had thoughts on: I was surprised that Hank mispronounced Portland as Port-land, as it's pronounced Port-lind and has been correctly pronounced for the whole of the show. When Nick and Monroe are escaping from the forest and after they lure the men away from their cars, Nick says to puncture one tire on each car. Do cars in Europe and the UK not come with a spare tire in the trunk/boot? If they do like we Americans, then they should have punctured two tires on each car. I though it was eye-rolling when they unveiled Renard's campaign poster as it was a direct rip-off of Barack Obama's "Hope" poster from 8 years earlier. It's an iconic poster, but as I mentioned in a comment on an upload or two ago, I hate interjecting real-world politics into series'. I hope they at least got the okay from Shephard Fairey, the original artist. Another great one and I can't wait to see what happens next. Thanks so much for the Kofi thank you in your intro, it made me smile. I'll tip a little extra on my next one. 😉 Oh, I also smiled when Scooby joined. Thanks Dak, see you soon.

Lol your comments about the gang thinking it was just some random stick, took me back to an 18 year old me, reading about an Inferi infested cave with Dumbledore and Harry, and their horrible ordeal obtaining Voldemort's locket, that turned out to be a replacement fake.

This show does get better and better. I like it when shows get better over time, instead of dwindling and becoming static. This one just keeps on going and creating new stuff. Adalind is definitely growing on me. I like how they're showing that being a Hexenbeast plays into how the people act. Definitely explains what happened to Juliette after she became one. I still miss Juliette. I think Eve is cool, but she's like a brand new character to me. Not connected to Juliette.
