I sleep on my stomach with a pillow underneath because my lower back is bad, but I refuse to sleep on my back

Sleeping on your side with the leg on bottom straightened out and the one on top in a fetal position works for me. I fall asleep instantly almost every time.

Sleeping in any position that isn't what I do which is sleep on a bed too small with ripped up pillows and a chair pillow thing at the end of my bed that my neck has to bend awkwardly to get a decent position (it has to be awful for my neck)

Legs: crossed, like Jesus on the cross. Arms: crossed above the head to form a little cradle for ur head. Good for stretching but also cozy cus ur keeping urself tucked(?) together with the arms and legs.

My wife and I both sleep with our legs shaped like a 4 except she is on her back and I'm 3/4 on my stomach

my GI disorder wants me to sleep on my back but my arthritis wants me to very much not do that so every sleeping position is hell

lying on your back, head flat on a beautifully soft down pillow. My question for you Austin is, if you were voted something at all, what were you voted as "most likely to do" in high school. Mine was "most likely to win the lottery but lose the ticket", which I think is rather indicative of my tendencies.

best sleeping position is definitely coffin pose; on your back hands folded. Cold room is the cherry on top

Sleeping on your side with a pillow behind yer head between head and shoulder, a soft moldable pillow to hug in front, and a pillow behind you to support your back. In the summer, one thin sheet will do, in the winter just a down comforter. And if need be, put on the spotify "dreamy vibes" playlist to a 5/10 minute sleep timer

If you want an objective answer, sleeping on your back is considered the healthiest for your spine, joints, knees, etc LISTENER QUESTION: where did you get the inspirations for all of the spurious credits you came up with at the end of each Eggbusters EX: Season 2 video? I always found it entertaining how odd but weirdly sensical they could be.

I have to lie on my right side with towels strategically placed under me or I get awful back pain. I got an MRI and apparently I have stress fractures in my spine, and I don't really know why. (I've got it all checked out by a neurosurgeon and there doesn't seem to be any serious underlying reason.) But yeah, if I ever wake up in a different position (on my left side especially), I'm in for some pain for a few days. LISTENER QUESTION: If you had to recommend some games solely based on their music, what would they be?

kudos to nailing my name in one go, not common! ideal sleeping situation: very cold, big blanket, complete darkness, on belly, one arm under the pillow, the other arm under the head on the pillow with an ear between two fingers (this makes it very easy to lay with earbuds if desired but I think it's comfortable either way), one leg outstretched and the other with knee bent forming a sort of "p" as someone else stated above. I think this is genuinely one of the worst ways one can sleep in terms of actual like...ergonomics. But it's comfortable! And if I lay on my back, I snore too much, and though I don't think I quite have sleep apnea, I think I'm borderline, and sleeping on your back with anything approaching sleep apnea is apparently no good.

I don't remember what the segment is, but I have a suggestion for the flashback segment. Radiation island part 5 @ 1:47:20. After a failed hang glider attempt, we gather our inventory, strength, and final countdowns and shit kicks off. Just seeing your reaction as the environment starts changing is heartwarming. Now you are about to hanglide through the fog and I'm worried. Good luck.
