Poll 36 Results, Poll 37 and This Week (Patreon)

Another surprise win for Armour Penetration! Looks like its getting some hits in (sorry). I know I did something British last time, but part of me wants to fling Flying Dustbins at German tanks and see how they do. That's a bit of an outlier though, might be more useful like M10s vs German tanks.

In other news, this week's main effort is going to be a new unit guide- I'm still eyeballing T62s, which are mainstays for the Soviets in CMCW and the Syrians in CMSF2. With a bit of luck, it should be a relatively quick one to churn out and I'll have time to get stuck into the final scenario I'm making for Slitherine.

Depending on how that goes, I might need to get another filler video out: the Baltic Shield Alternate mission I tackled this weekend seems to have gone down really well and only took a morning to make to boot, so that's an option. It could be interesting to play something realtime to show... why I don't play the game in real time.

I definitely want to get stuck into some JL28 content as well- I tried a few approaches last week but none of them really stuck (even if trying to demonstrate some missile-warfare dynamics by clumping groups of ATGM vehicles and APS equipped vehicles together as 'ships' in CM and having them fire missiles at each other was kinda fun). The full JL28 AAR is in a couple of weeks, so it might be worth building off the back of that. We'll see.

I should also probably start thinking about the Winter Turn-by-Turn as well, how is it August already?

Anyway, that's what's in the pipe: we're back to Moderns for this week's Short poll. Infantry Firepower won the last modern poll (even if it seems nobody watched it, might have been because the title was similar to the previous Syrian infantry test in the other style), so Arty/Cas demo and Armour Pen test are up this week.
