Poll 55 Results, Poll 56, Preliminary Persian Predicament List and This Week (Patreon)

Delving back into the depths of time to... two weeks ago, Modern Armour Penetration came out on top in the last poll. Could be a good opportunity to do a Persian Predicament special and test the Dragon and TOW against the T72, BMPs and BTRs, but I think that's already pretty well covered.

So maybe we should crack the NLAW out and do an NLAW special. We'll see.

In other news, kick off for Persian Predicament is going to be a bit delayed- I'm playing against Luka from the Unofficial CM Discord again and he's going to be busy for a week or so. Meanwhile, I'm definitely coming down with some kind of Christmas cold and an extra week is actually going to be really beneficial.

It'll also provide more time to nail all the Adopt a Pixeltruppen names down. I've made the less conventional list with as many people as possible crammed into the Blue team, which looks like this:

  You guys and the Youtube Members are occupying the most important positions, I've tried to take preferences into account where possible. Where not, I've tried to come up with something that works to a similar effect, so most of everyone with preferences for the Soviet side have ended up in the questionably loyal 2nd Platoon etc etc. There's a Fight Club platoon in there too.For the 'un-roled' soldiers, it would be too complex to actual track and distinguish them from one another, especially when squads and teams start taking losses, so they're more pre-established casualty lists: ie. the first generic rifleman casualty in Squad 1-1, will be the first name in the Squad 1-1 list regardless of which generic rifleman goes down, if that makes sense.

Past the wonderful world of the Winter Turn-by-Turn, I need to make a bonus video for the SuperTruppen and- now that we've got a schedule-gap- come up with a video for Friday as well. What with the Winter TbT not being, you know, very wintery, I'm planning to take a crack at something snowy. It's been a very modern year as well, so time to jazz things up with some WW2 content as well I think- probably Red Thunder. We'll see.
