Poll 58 Results, Poll 59 and This Week (Patreon)

Well, another win for CAS/Artillery! I don't think I have any data for Allied artillery fire plans to hand: the Soviets are big on their artillery nomograms, so we might be back to just testing the first turn. Or first minute.

We've been having a little naval excursion, maybe its time to bring the big guns out again?

I mean, not big by naval standards, but nine 8in guns is pretty chunky by footslogger standards.

In other news, this week's Basics video is all ready to go: we're going to be taking an overview of smoke. Which, in typical CM fashion, I have managed to overlook for a long time.

That means that this week my main effort is Foiling Fustian Mission 2, wherein we attack some dug in British Paras across several hundred metres of ground that I hope is a lot less open than it looks. Should be fun! Also, we get some of those cool little Italian recce cars in support and they're just fun.

Contrary to last week's post, I think I'm going to end up folding the Micro-Unit Guides into the existing Friday release schedule. It'd be nice to get them going as an extra, but I'm expecting my busy-ness to kick up a notch, so having some easy to make videos in the pipe is going to help with that.

Speaking of extras, also in the plan for this week is the Bonus video for the SuperTruppen, here and on Youtube. Not 100% sure where I'm going to go with that, but I'll think up something interesting.

Anyway, with all that out of the way we're back to the polls! And the poll for the Moderns to boot. Arty/CAS won the last one, so they're out and we're back to Armour Penetration and Infantry Firepower.
