I had written this all out, went to change tab at the top of screen and somehow managed to close it so here we are starting from scratch.

In short, Modern Infantry Firepower won Poll 63: we're running out of SF2 infantry squads to cover but the Syrian Special Forces haven't run the test yet.

For the Supertruppen, the next bonus video is good to go, that's coming out tomorrow. I've just started a CMPE Quick Battle, so I thought I would run through the planning, setup and first turn orders for that.

As for this week's main effort though, we're back to Foiling Fustian. If I had known that it would turn out to be mostly battalion-sized engagements I wouldn't have started the campaign, but here we are. Mission 4 is even bigger than last time, twice as long, a whole 'nother company to factor in and- as if that wasn't bad enough- dark and foggy conditions that essentially mandate micromanagement (every subunit is isolated in its own fight) and the requirement to defend and then counterattack. Yay.

But moaning isn't going to help: I have the Chaffee micro-guide up my sleeve if I need to postpone, so it's just an exercise in slogging through it.

Anyway, enough moaning. Last week we did some WW2 Armour Penetration, which means this week's poll is a choice between Arty/CAS and Infantry Firepower.
