Merchants: Seller Form (Patreon)

Hello Merchants!

I just wanted to post a quick reminder that in order to sell prints, it's important that you please take a moment to fill out the Authorized Seller Form. It helps me track which shops are and are not authorized to sell prints of my designs. In order to help prevent unauthorized sellers, please include the MatMire Makes Authorized Seller Badge image on your online listings, and display it in your physical sales spaces. The Badge will be emailed to you upon completion of the authorization form.

If we received the badge file, it means we were approved, correct? I did it recently and want to make sure I did everything correctly

Yes. You have to have filled out the form in order to receive the badge email. You should be good to go!

I’ll be filling it out soon, still trying to come up with a shop name lol. Please make a printable seller coin as well! I’d love to display it with the others I’m printing!

You should have a confirmation email somewhere, but you can always refill it out. it wont hurt anything.

Your confirmation email should have an "edit responses" link. So, you can use that to update it as needed. If you don't have that, you can fill it out again.

I did mine last year and I have my badge I put out when I do shows. I don't do many shows, but I do post my prints and tag you in them. I also have your badge in my photos in my Facebook group. My company is J&T 3D Printing not sure I had a company name when I got my badge.

That should be fine, as long as it's easily visible to customers.

It should have emailed you both a form confirmation and the badge email. It may have gone to your spam folder? I do see an entry for you.

Just to confirm— does the badge need to be on every photo in the listing? Or just one of them? I have it on the second photo. Also curious if there is any issues with adding other items to an order? For example, I have been selling one of the bunny rabbit models inside an egg I designed and colored the model in Bambu Studio differently.

On one image is good enough. Adding accessories like that is totally fine!

Would be super helpful to have a list to double check for sellers. I'm 90% sure I've filled mine out, Immovable Objects, but just in case would stop a lot of duplicate submissions and help us forgetful people lol

I use a different email for my business. Which should I add? I don't remember filling one out 🫣

Oh, that's a good question. I have added a field for "alternate email address" so you can note both.

This is a bit tricky for me. Everything is sold through my wife's store. I mean everything about the store is hers. But if you'd email her about any of this stuff, she'd just go cross-eyed 🤣 I'm doing the best I can to fill everything out accurately. I hope that's enough. I don't remember if I did it before or not.

The most important thing is that I can connect the business/website to the patreon account. That allows me to verify the seller status. So, I would prioritize using the patreon email and login information, and the business name and website address. You can DM me if you have more specific concerns. I can make my own "notes" after the fact so that I know what to look for in special circumstances.

Yup, you are in the database. As for a list... you can search the "seller directory" for your websites. These are pulled from the seller form (http://sellers.matmiremakes.com/) Listing any other user data beyond that has the potential of sharing information that they may prefer stays private.

The directory currently only lists the websites. I'll put some thought into that.

You should have an email with the link. The subject should read "MatMire Makes: Authorized Seller Badge". If you don't see it, maybe check your spam folder. I'll reply/bump it too.

I don't see an entry for you, unless you entered a different email. When in doubt, you can always fill it out again. :)
