Rumor Has It (Patreon)

So, there's a lot to do in this game. A lot a lot. Sometimes it's hard to know what opens up, and when.Especially when there's not a lot of things pointing you to new happenings.Reborn has the T.V., but Rejuv doesn't really have that.

Well... we're working on it!Introduing the Rejuv Social Media "Rumors" app

*Note, this is still pretty early development and this showcase will not reflect how it looks in game. There are certain features that this app will contain that are currently not present. Name is a work in progress.

What is the "Rumors" app?Basically, its an app created by the East Gearen News HQ for Trainers to post happenings in their areas. Basically, Trainers from around the world will report on happenings around the region.

These are just two examples of these cases. Rumors will pop up in the app the moment that event becomes available.Things that appear in the rumors app are reserved for lesser known events. Such as Mew appearing in the Goldenleaf Gym, or a certain ghost appearing in Amethyst Cave.That was actually a big reason why we decided to work on an application like this.There are a lot of crucial things that happen around the world, and if you don't explore this massive world already, you're going to miss out on them. This is basically a notify/reminder system.

I want to also note that these are not quest logs, and are not a replacement for them. These posts only point you in a direction. Once you get a rumor it will sit in the app forever unless you cross it off, or hide it.

The fun thing, though! Is that rumors that show up in your app will also show themselves on the town map as well!

You will always know when, and where something is happening! Of course, I don't expect this feature to be absolutely perfect on release, and we'll be taking feedback over its course to improve it, but it's nice to have at least.

Again, I want to stress that this is something that the player has control over. It's basically your own personal checklist. You can totally choose to ignore this feature completely if you are more comfortable with a guide. There is no completion reward for clearing the entire list!

But that's all I have for today! We're steadily working on rejuv. I've sort of lost my momentum due to my trip, but I am actively working on getting back into the groove of things!
