UPDATE 2021-04-14 (Patreon)

Happy Middle of the Month, Patrons! I've some updates to bring to the table today. Let's get started!

HSETAU

If you recognize these fellers, good on ya! If you don't, that's perfectly okay. I've written out the script for the next update of HSETAU for April and these dingbats were necessary, so I took about a week to get down to brass tacks and finish designing them. Now that this is done I only need to put together the final panels with them, as well as make a couple more loose illustrations. The first update I have planned expands on these five, while the next expands on some surprise characters I don't think anyone is expecting, which will be a blast! Here's hoping I can get it done before May rolls around.

LIFE UPDATES

SCHOOL - So as you may or may not know, I'm currently studying Illustration at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Summer vacation is coming up, and I'll be moving out the first week of May after finishing up finals in April. What I'm most looking forward to is finishing the project for my Graphic Novels course, because that's got me making a webtoon! Never done that before, and it's perfect for the kind of things I love to make, so I'm gonna give it my all (or as much as I can).

SOCIAL MEDIA - I've been rattling around this idea in my brain of cleaning up my online presence a lot and deleting superfluous or personal info. I want art to be my career, so I think it's worth it to do things like restrict my Twitter account to only being about advertising my work on other sites, or privating my tumblr and posting art publicly on a sideblog. Still haven't gotten around to doing any more research on Etsy and selling watercolor art there. Website development is scary and I don't want to be a shill for Squarespace or whatever, so maybe I'll do some research on web development on my own over the summer.
