Sogeking's theme is a parody of Jet jaguar (Owned by Toho), Kamen Rider and Super Sentai (Power Rangers) which are live action shows that Toei owns. So it's abit of a tongue in cheek joke.

Also here we see that Sanji is always holding back by not using his hands or weapons. Another pun for Wanze's attacks is his suit is called "menzu foumaru suutsu" Which sounds like Men's Formal Suit in English but the men can be interpreted as Ramen so it could also be called Noodle formal suit

The fact that Wanze is clearly on something makes him one of the most realistic depictions of a chef I have seen in anime. Imagine what Wanze would be like if you actually added a devil fruit to the mix. Just throw that extra bit of chaos into the recipe... To me that is kinda the most absurd thing about him. The fact that him shooting ramen out of his nose isn´t a devil fruit, but some sort of martial culinary technique.
