Still feel like it's kinda odd for the sex scene to be right there after what jinx said it just seems placed in the wrong spot

some of the writing choices are so weird. like, why does vi have a moral high ground when it comes to jinx? jinx literally killed people and is a terrorist. i get she had a change in her life, and she is my favorite character and i would like her to go free, but she still broke the law. and vi is unfairly asking a law upholding person to just look the other way because of her feewings.

Like, I dunno if it is the writing or the placement, but that sex scene between them has some REALLY awkward timing. "I don't care anymore about my sister killing herself, I'd rather bang you right now." Eh, that's so weird and feels out of character.

I think the funniest current drama in the arcane fandom is that someone that worked on the vi and cait scene revealed that the romance and sex scene was actually supposed to be a decent bit longer but it got shortened for some reason . and it seems lots of people are mad about that shortening 😂

Wait I just realized, is Mel's magic similar to Sylas' magic? The black rose witch (probably Leblanc, let's be honest) said Mel's magic was able to "mirror" others meanwhile Sylas also copies others magic. Prob no relation (since Mel's magic seems more celestial with all the gold n stuff) but still pretty neat
