Hey folks!

My health has been really brutal due to a mediation issue. I will be recording lots when I feel better but I think I need a day or 2 to recover. :D excited to get into more stuff with y’all!!

Take whatever amount of time you need. A smart boss understands that unless it's an existential crisis (e.g. the business will fail unless...) that their employees' productivity and output are tied to them being in good health. Since you are your own boss, you can follow that logic ;)
