As someone who has worked in logistics packing freight to be moved in containers like were shown in the beginning of the movie.... that shit set me the hell off. The sensitive electronics in that container would have faller over everywhere and so many would be damaged. That's the kind of loading job I dread unloading. And using a cellphone while walking in a heavy machine operation zone? Dude's asking for OSHA to crawl up his ass for that one.

Rewatching this for the first time in years, makes me realize this is the best made out of the series, it has some problems sure but its 2001 action entertaining compared to the modern day dumb turn your brain off entertainment like all of the movies past 5.

Yeah, Dom only did 2 years. Earlier, when they brought Brian in handcuffs, they said he did "hard time" which is cop speak for a hard bid. They shorten your sentence if you do it in a maximum security facility, generally around 1/3 to 1/4 time because of how brutal those places are compared to medium or low security facilities. They generally get 1 hour of yard time a day, 30 minutes of chow time 2x or 3x a day, 30 min shower 2x a week, and you are in your cell the rest of the time.
