Oda really choose violence against the whole field of Paleontology in this arc. But to fair, how can we know that dinosaurs didn't use to hunt that way?

So, I have a couple different theories as to why Sanji seems stronger than his siblings. The one that seems the most reasonable to me is that Sanji built up his body before any of the enhancements kicked in, so that coupled with his now enhanced form makes him way stronger than the rest of his siblings. His siblings all relied on the enhancements form an early age, so they probably didn't try to do any physical training to enhance their strength. Also, you mentioned how Reiju got shot in Whole Cake. I think what may have happened is either Pudding was using Haki on the bullets (doubtful), or the bullets were made of sea prism stone, which I can't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure was stated to be the toughest material in the One Piece verse, in addition to its devil fruit negation abilities. Also keep in mind that during Whole Cake, when Sanji didn't LET himself get beat up, he was pretty even with his siblings WITHOUT the enhancements they had. So him being way stronger with the enhancements makes sense. Then again, my last theory is that when his mom took all those drugs and basically Xed herself, she made the transformation delayed but A LOT stronger. I don't really think this is the case, but it could also be a combination of a lot of things together. Edit: Thank you for reminding me, once you said that, I remembered Pudding talking about the candy jackets on the bullets.

The bullets they used against Germa at Whole Cake Island were specially designed to hurt them. Normal bullets and swords are useless.

They specifically and repeatedly brought up that the Big Mom Pirates brought out special armor piercing "candy jacket" bullets to use to kill the enhanced Germa siblings. Pudding bragged about it after she shot Reiju.

My favorite mini gag throughout this arc is just how like every single Tobbi Roppo member says in a straight face “That’s just how dinosaurs work” and don’t further explain it as if that is common knowledge. I also really like how Oda treats Sanji power up with a sense of sadness and desperation from his POV rather then a usual hype moment, really makes it stick out in your memory

You forget when Reiju got shot in whole cake island, Pudding used bullets specifically designed to pierce the Vinsmoke's special bodies. Twas what they were going to use to kill them all during the wedding if it went according to plan. Also remember when Sanji dented the hell out of the green brother's face and they needed heavy tools to reset it back.

The bullet that Pudding used was special remember, Reiju was supposed to be the test shot to see if it would work on a Germa member. Therefore they could kill all of them and take their army. Normal weapons don't work on Germa's exoskeleton.

It’s funny that you should mention the idea of Franky and Queen fighting, as there is a theory that Queen is actually Franky’s pirate father, the one who abandoned him when he was very young. I have always said there is a difference between being dumb & being stupid. One piece character's are a great example of this... Queen is incredibly dumb, but he's not stupid. He is so intelligent that he can create viruses, weapons of mass destruction & make himself a cyborg, but he's so dumb that he'll accidentally hit himself with his own weapon twice. On the other side Luffy is incredibly stupid, but he's not dumb. He's insanely emotionally intelligent & has insane battle IQ but would probably fail any school test you could give him.

It's from a recent SBS (question and answer for Oda) we got more info on queen Timeline of his life: 39 years ago: Worked in MADS 36 years ago: Had a child 33 years ago: Got an offer to join from Kaidou 29 years ago: Leaves MADS 26 years ago: MADS is bought by the Government 26 years ago: Abandons his son, joins Kaidou under the name of "Queen" Everyone is now saying Franky is Queen Dad which make sense with his age, personality, goofyness, natural talent in enginery, being a cyborg and all. Pretty insane to reveal something like this casually in an SBS instead of the manga

Reiju was given her powers after she was born, whereas the quadruplets were given their powers during fetal development. So Reiju is naturally weaker and retained her emotions, but Sanji's brothers were shown getting 'repaired' with hammers in a similar way to how Sanji fixed his leg and torso.

Reiju got hit with something fhat was DESIGNED to kill her and still recovered, meanwhile his brothers had this exact thing that is happening to Sanji and recovered the same way by hammering their bodies back together. Its exactly the same ability as his family, minus the haki as Judge believed in sience over haki.
