I was starting to get worried if you were gonna upload this or not 😭 It's such a bummer it's not getting the love and engagement it deserves, but i'm so so happy you're enjoying it, and i really look forward to hearing your thoughts on it every week :')

Sameeee, I was starting to worry but I'm glad she's keeping with it and enjoying it! I hope it gets the recognition it deserves in the future sooner rather than later 😭

Are we not watching Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 today?

I can't understand people who refuse to acknowledge the queer connotations in this anime, like, it's so obviously there, and it's done so beautifully, which adds so much to the plot and their connections, but still people fight against it like it's just shipping culture, NO DUDE, JUST LOOK, STOP WATCHING THE THING WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED

I don't think so, I think she lied about doing it on Monday. I'm more than fine with being wrong though.

Btw her son isn’t dead she mentioned in episode three that he got a scar and left town when he got older

Void

I don't expect many people to remember that, but he is alive. That being said a lot of people speculate Tanaka is her son under a different name. The manga doesn't allude to it but the anime does. That might be a slight spoiler but it's not confirmed in any way, just fans guessing.

Void

That one guy int he chat refusing and saying they're straight. I dunno if that person has seen the anime before this episode at all but it's pretty obvious how queer the story is.

People really need gay sex on screen to acknowledge a story is queer otherwise how could any other lgbt+ stories be told huh. tbh this series as a story where the monster is the unspoken internalized homophobia of growing up in a small countryside town embodied in the symbolism of a "monster" everyone fears and rejects and will never outright talk about because its "wrong" is so perfect. I absolutely love how horror works as a medium to express the most heartfelt emotions of a writer. Love hearing your thoughts on this series and watching along! sad youtube and chat aren't very good with it

I really like this show, but my eyesight is not that good due to being diabetic so it’s hard to read the subtitles, especially since I’m watching this on an iPad it makes me want to get the full version and rewatch the whole thing or see if there’s a dubbed version. Does anyone know if there is a dub version and if so, is it any good?

Aiko

Did Brain that they are like brothers?

Aiko

Brian get out

Aiko

Brian, if you type on more time i swear to Hikaru
