It is a kind of language thing, apparently "Okarun" is alien for "Free Kool-Aid"

YES KENTA is obnoxious but he has never spoken to anyone else before Okarun in his first episode we see that he so shy and isolated that he doesn't sing in frount of others. We then see that he doesn't talk girls at all because he weird and awkward. While yes if he overconfidence he doesn't speak to anyone about how great he is he even compliment okarun and jiji wanting to be friends and help them.

No one said okarun being bullied was justified. The fat kid being bullied makes sense if he goes out of his way to be obnoxious. This isn't too big a spoiler, so if I may: Aliens have access to "Empty Space", a closed dimension that looks similar to where they were previously, but they can change a few things, like making the sky black. We saw it with the Flatwoods Sumo in Episode 2, the Serpoians & co. in Episode 8, & now here with the Kaiju. Only people exposed to the supernatural can be dragged into Empty Space on their own, usually against their will, & when the aliens are defeated, the people inside are free, where no time has passed, everyone is fine, & the buildings were never destroyed. That's why there weren't crowds of people in the streets when the Kaiju was roaming or in their apartments when it was small, & Aira & Jiji found themselves in Empty Space all alone despite not even being near the Kaiju.

Hey, maybe you should consider the fact that saying somneone 'deserves to be bullied' is fucked up, and the only people who actually say that to justify the bullying someone sufferes are, in fact, bullies. Kinta's a socially awkward mess who doesn't know how to talk to people properly. This has been established. He isn't saying crude stuff just to get reactions, he's saying it because he saw that she and Okarun were saying what he was under the impression was crude stuff and thought "Oh, so THAT'S how you're supposed to do it", and tried to replicate what he saw there so he could talk to girls too, because he's lonely and genuinely doesn't understand how to make friends. So, moral of the story, don't be such a judgy asshole, he's literally just trying to make friends.
