Dude, I hated finn this episode more than because how he manipulated FP, that was fucked up, but because on how he used Ice King. Dude, you know he's not right, you can't just do that to a poor senile crazy old man cause he's gonna fall for it. Like, the first time they fought, sure, it was bad what he did, but as I said, he's a crazy man, and they had to defend theselves. i hate episode 30 so much, i cant watch it, partly i dont like how it was written, i feel its too out of character for finn, but its also sooooooooooooo fucking awkward, i always skip it.

Can't believe Finn fumbled the literal hottest girl in the show because he wanted to keep having wet dreams. I know he's a teenager going through puberty but damn man. Also Jake was a fucking asshole in this man, his hippy bullshit convinced his little brother to force his girlfriend to fight the magical-dementia ridden old man. Jake always has the WORST advice.

Ignoring that this is fiction and characters need traits and characterisation, I haven't seen a good person turn on their friends and turn them against each other for a girl. I can only think of one person I've seen actually do that and they were never good. Puberty or not if you do what Finn did you weren't good.

The episode that made me stop watching adventure time. I didn't watch it when it premiered but when I did it put a bunch of things in context and I couldn't stand Finn or any of his stories anymore. I later was brought back by Jake and Ice King.

Ash, the person who sold Hambo to Maja is Marceline’s ex-boyfriend. In the episode where we met him we can see the memory of their break-up and in it you can hear him say that he sold her teddy bear to a witch. Yeah…. The Infamous “Frost and Fire” episode. Some people say that this is out of character for Finn… but they forget that his tendency to go too far when it comes to his perverted curiosity was already hinted at in the episode “All the Little People” earlier this season. And also…. People who say that kids that are going through puberty don’t do or say messed up things… either they’re disremembering their own past or they didn’t grew up around enough pre-teens/teenagers.

I don't like that excuse because you can say something is fiction but still be bad when it's convienent (imo fiction is fiction so idc what happens). Look at all these woke ass games being made in revenge because peope are mad the women are attractive. NO ONE IS PERFECT. NO ONE. You've made a mistake in your life, so have I, everyone has, that's part of life. Fiction or not it's still a lesson to be learned. And Finn has to learn his now. It doesn't matter how good you are, temptation will come at you in some form or fashion. And falling for it doesn't make you bad or not good, it makes you like everyone else. What you learn and how you grow from it is the real good or bad.

I actually hate that episode and it sucks that they fell out for this but it does make sense considering finn's personality and his brother who been shown to make the worst decisions possible (like he was going to wish for a sandwhich instead of helping finn in that episode with prismo lol) rubbing off on him. I think the only thing that makes this episode okay for me is that they don't get back together which shows yeah this was messed up and finn's kind of messed up in general. This was part of him growing as a character. So I just skip on rewatch but I don't argue the episode shouldn't exist personally.

I love how the subtitles spoil what Cosmic Owl is saying. I'm not even kidding. It somehow makes it better that the audience knows but Finn doesn't.

This still a episode i refuse to rewatch, such a weird character assassination of finn. Dude in any other episode would literally ask his girlfriend to help him see more of the dream by fighting ice king, hell ice king would help him too. Not to mention why would he wanna see more of a cosmic owl dream when the other two times he encountered 1 it almost killed jake and other was of impending crisis and billys death. Could easily have written a breakup that was more true to the characters
