Ralph first dumped a load of grilled peaches on Andrew's steak for no reason a few episodes ago and now forced Andrew into making a fish he never made before. Ralph took no responsibility for either of these things and left Andrew out to take Ramsay's fire.

Oops. In regards to Ralph not taking accountability, it flew under the radar a bit because of how big of a tv moment it ended up becoming, but in episode 1, Ralph was the first person to suggest The (not)Blondes go talk to Gordon Ramsay about the wait because he was tired of dealing with them complaining, and he dodged that bullet, too.

Oops. In my opinion, while making the menus, if one of the team tried to pull a Ralph and dominate the menu, I would have clearly stated, "there are three people, and nine items. One person is not dominating this menu. We either split it where one person gets all entrees, one gets all desserts, and one gets all appetizers. Or we have each person gets one of each item, appetizer, entree, and dessert. That way we're all even. Choose your three items. lets write up this menu as a group."

Someone on Reddit mentioned it and I’m stealing it, Michael’s treating Hell’s Kitchen like he signed up to be in Survivor. He’s manipulating, making people think he’s a friend, getting out the big competition on his team and then trying to convince those weaker in the opposing team to vote out the strongest. He’s in this to WIN, and it’s crazy. They literally had to change the rules in future seasons because of how calculated he was.
