Mostly just being clumsy and useless while also surviving WAY longer than he should, only making it to black jacket due to a combination of being safe when his team wins and Michael strategically sparing him from being selected when his team loses. He is also just completely classless, and not just during the wine-tasting. The one time he proves some skill and improvement in the flambe challenge, he condescendingly rubs it in the runner-up's face (who he already didn't pick to enjoy the reward) and gets mad when she tells him to back off. And on top of it all, he prevents them from completing a service because of his inadequacies while he blames a perfectly functional oven.

Jimmy sucks. That is very true. But Alicia blaming the producers on him winning the challenge is crazy. Gordon doesn’t seem like the type to give favor to others based on what someone tells him to do. Elsie and Jimmy did the best cause Michael and Ralph messed up their dishes, but Jimmy did a little better in Gordon’s eyes. Jimmy is a jerk though for what he did later.

I understand Jimmy’s dislikeable but nobody LIKES being the butt of the joke. His one big win with the challenge is his chance at getting back at those who either insulted him, or laughed AT him when he was insulted. The only person he saw really show him any kindness that wasn’t eliminated already was Michael, which is why he chose him to come along. It’s not his fault Michael could care less about him, bro’s a snake. Jimmy’s a pretty shit guy, but as a fellow fat person I totally understand why he acted the way he did. And honestly- Alicia saying she was also kinda fat last year doesn’t excuse the lack of empathy for him specifically.
