imma just assume this is your first time viewing the show cause "bottom tier character" is just flat out wrong yes if its your first time viewing in s3 he isn't that strong of a side character, and being put in the show right after Doakes's death as change is something not all people like but as the show goes on he gets way better

I like that LaGuerta is shown to be an actually good detecive. She's just been too busy with political & personal bs in season 1 & 2. Even in this one. But all she heard was one did-bit about Miguel, who was trying to manipulate her, not being home at the night of the murder & she locked the fuck in.
