Sometimes they are accurate with hiring older people cause they work better. Cause God damn every job I had where they hire high school or even college students they never seem to have the work ethic

I also think it depends if the high schooler actually wants to learn that work ethic or not tbh. When I first started out as a high schooler, I was that great, but experience and wanting to make people happy help me do better and learn (granted all the jobs I have so far involves some type of service for people lol). And right now at my current job, I work with about two high schoolers that do that well too. We use to have another one, but she started moving on to other opportunities as she wants to be a nurse :). But then like you said, you have some ommmmggg makes me want to just work by myself. They end up sabotaging the next shift too with some stuff they do.

100% with you on the Elitism, everyone is just doing their own thing. Yes for alot of people being a waiter or a plumber or just simple tasks isn't their Passion but they don't always have the luxury of choice. Some people talents arn't suited for a "posh" job and thats okay. Everyone deserves respect from the janitor to the multi billion company ceo. People need to stop seeing everything as a "I won over that person" and just look at themselves

I did actually have a teacher named mrs Henderson she was my art class teacher in primary school but she also was a temp teacher for grade 4 just in case the teacher called in sick. every now and then i go back and just say Hi to her and my old teachers and see how they are doing.

It does not matter if this episode took place 100 years ago, Sarah's actions are despicable and any witness to her during this episode should definitely be angry with how she treats her fellow teammates. There is a level of game show sportsmanship and cunning workarounds that is acceptable, and then there is Sarah. Just a very unpleasant, uncaring and heartless contender.
