Spoiler for episode* I'm not happy with the way a train died, they literally just showed us that he is so damm fast that even homelanders heat vision was super slow. And yet when he was running away he had to dodge the heat vision despite being so fast that he can pull 2 grenade pins, push mm jog past butcher and save hewie when hewie was about to be point blank executed by the super slow ass heat vision. That scaling shows how fast he is and then they break it in the chase scene

MM says says "love sausage" when they first see him in the institution Lamplighter was running, as a call out to his name in the comics. I dont know if he is ever named in the TV show as that though. And Cindy was from that same institution, the woman who makes people explode. It was in The Boys not Gen V. She is very durable I believe, which is why Butcher was going slower than instantly killing.
