Where's the last 2 episodes of One piece LA? Did you drop it?

DiabloAnos

Always a great day when seeing Criminal Minds reactions.

Normally, I don't approve of gaslighting. The dog-walking story is an exception.

Noahthehoneyboy

I work with a level 3 sex offender. Raped 4 kids under 13 and did 8 years in prison or something like that. Everyone knows and not a single person wants to even be in the same room as him, I remember the outrage everyone had when they promoted him.

OrbitVerse

Those pictures were right Gideon keeps photos of all the people he's saved not just children what a W.

PrincessVi

Based gaslighting, i will never say that ever again. but yeah

Eddie

Alicia's attachment to Gideon has me a little bit worried about the survival of the series - BUT I can say I was just as attached when I first started watching, and everything that happens from here on out to EACH of the characters somehow didn't stop me from trucking on :')

Eddie

What would you say your personal experience working with someone of that nature is like? Genuinely curious.

I dont even care abt the mom telling Billie to run it off, its the fact that she tells the story IN SUCH A WAY that it still *somewhat* absolves her in her own head. “Oh she was giving me attitude, I was focused on practice” INSTEAD OF “I was in my own head about practice, Billie’s been going through a rough time with the divorce and her dog, I just snapped and I really shouldnt have” Fuck this mom fr

Joe

Was just going to say. All those photos are people who are alive thanks to him and/or the team. Gideon loves to see all the people who’s lives get to continue cause of their work, helps dull all the bad.

Trevor Appel

51:46 On the other hand, she could have refused to sign the divorce papers and insist on discussing other solutions.

Michael

I’m gonna stand up for the Mom here, she did nothing wrong.

Philip Roy

I agree girl was about to call her mom a bitch laps is a good way to create space, work off anger and frustration. The kid ran off the field and hid then was abducted.

I think you were a little hard on mum and dad here. They weren't perfect, but they didn't do anything awful. They were just ordinary people doing the best they could when going through tough times themselves. It's hard for a parent when their daughter wants to be with the other parent - especially because, as is very common, the mother gets the short end of the stick. She is responsible for taking care of the child day to day, which includes cooking, cleaning, discipline, making sure they do their homework, making sure they contribute to the household, etc. etc. That makes that parent the "bad guy". But 12 year olds need that. Father swoops in, and is there only for the good stuff, the entertainment. Of course the child loves him and prefers time with him. How many mothers enjoy being the 'bad guy' in their child's eyes? Parenting is a difficult job. It's easy to sit there and judge every word a parent says, but it's not like they were abusing her, or refusing to support a child who came out as gay, or was having trouble at school, etc etc.

was just looking up gideon's actor; was anyone else aware that this is the same guy that played inigo montoya from the princess bride?!

KokoPelly

As an American, I also forgot Wyoming exists

Oh so now we hate bodyshaming again?

Definitely starting to notice Alicia has a tendency to hold parents to ridiculously impossible standards and kinda dismiss the kids of any and all responsibility/consequences. Idk maybe it’s because she plans to be a mom that she has this whole idea of what a parent should be like, I’m sure once she has kids herself that’s gonna change. Definitely makes me curious of how well that mindset is gonna go with a few specific episodes. But like, the parents aren't some evil, holds all the blame creatures. They’re humans going through a difficult time too and trying their best. Recently divorced, trying to coparent, and having a daughter that fights them at every turn does not make it easier.

Curtis Murphy

Wow. What the hell? You guys are weird about the parents and overly harsh on them. I know Alicia is overly critical sometimes on characters but wow. Especially talking about wanting the mother DEAD? For what, being a bit of a hardass with her kid?

Toasted Toad

You really think that’s terrible? I think the mum is blaming herself too much. Her daughter WAS acting out, whatever the reason. As a parent, it is her obligation to teach her child discipline. She did this in an extremely appropriate fashion in the manner many sports coaches use - getting them to run laps.

slavicandsapphic

Agree to disagree, I think she’s blaming herself for good reason cause it directly is her fault. There are other punishments that don’t involve you losing sight of your kid. She, reasonably, cannot watch her do laps. The punishment shouldn’t have been to do laps, though. Pushups, squats, something other than just being like “go fuck off” Idk ive had hardass parents. Military parents. They never had me do a punishment in public where they’d lose sight of me. Parenting requires you being the mature one as the child is experiencing all of these emotions for the first time. Does it suck? Yes. Are you human and won’t be perfect 100%? Sure. However, if you want to be a parent, at least realize what is smart and what isn’t.

Toasted Toad

Who said she needed to lose sight of her kid? It was the child who moved away. The entire pitch was within view of the mother, but you cannot attach a child to your hip 24/7. That's bad parenting.

The second they started going in on the mom, I went to the comments because I can't stand when Alicia gets overly critical about a character. Ruins the vibe. Prolly gonna skip this one after reading a few of these comments.

just a heads up I was raised by my grandparents and they loved traveling around the world, most of the time my grandparents would have me sent on camping trips with groups so they could travel on holidays and there was a few cases where I was left home alone because the camps ended early and grandparents were still on holiday in france visiting friends. so there's that scheduling issue but there were the times that my grandparents took me with them on holidays and they said I could only come if I did all the school work during the trip + writing a daily diary, one of the trips was for 2 months to spain traveling around the coast visiting different location and the whole time every day I had to do 9hrs of school work printed out in a massive file and write in a diary everything if anything I was allowed to do or see, I was miserable the whole time the only time I was somewhat ok was in Toledo, Spain where we lived in a castle for a week.

PokéBoyBB

I know these two both have mommy issues but god damn. Crazy ass projecting. The girl almost called her mom a bitch, she deserved at the least a reprimand. If I did that at her age I'd consider it a MIRACLE my mother had enough grace to only have me run a lap or two around the field. It's not the mom's fault her kid didn't listen to her and ran behind a tree a full field away to call her dad behind her back, THEN go follow a random stranger without checking in with anybody.

Fridafuzz

Ant thinks that the guy who solicited a prostitute should expect being suspected of kidnapping a child? One of many wild takes of his.

Cody Dennings

12:59 I'm sure Alicia would actually keep up on the school work being done or I'd be concerned due to personal experience.

BartonBelladonna

holy shit, I was gonna say you were crazy, but then I look at the face of this guy, and Inigo....and shit, it's the same
