Remember that the end of Gen V confirmed at the very minimum that all the chosen one "more powerful than Homelander" stuff was BS to manipulate her to where they wanted her, and pushing herself to her best to fix him. She is powerful, but not close to what he was messing her head with for manipulation.

Godolkin is dead, Marie literally exploded him. No clue why you think he’s alive. The AI thing was them saying the whole Godolkin massacre at God-U in GEN-V S2 was a deepfake by starlight, when obviously that’s a lie to cover up the fact it was actually Godolkin who is 100% dead, even Homelander in the first episode says to Sage about ‘your boyfriend’ being dead.

I'm glad that the consequences of their actions are starting to catch up to them, although it's kind of lame Houghi didn't die there. It would felt satisfying if he got got by the kid of the first sup he killed. The lady saving him by chance was like way too much plot armor.

I'm not one to try to put too much logic into supe showsbut nah, A-trains death felt extremely forced and unnatural down to the full circle of him dodgin a women when running, they undercut its impact by having it feel dumb. They specificaly made a showcase of Atrains speed having him not just be faster than the lazer but so he leisurely saves everyone before homelander can even detect him minutes before his death, It's like they specifically wanted to shove how little sense it made in your face.

I just had a thought. What if Atrain was leading Homelander somewhere specific, and while he had him up against the tree Cate was able to mind magic him to give him the memory of killing Atrain and think that whenever he sees Atrain’s face he thinks it’s New Black Noir, and that is who replaced Black Noir. Because Homelander is the only one who could use xray to see through the mask? Polarity is another guess, but I want to believe that Atrain could be alive a little longer, it feels like he earned being a secret ace in the hole.
